Cancellation Policy
Reservations & Bookings A 50% deposit secures your spot and confirms acceptance of these terms. Pay the balance either in cash on the day of the picnic or via wire transfer/Wise by the day before. Cancellations ≤ 24 hours before: deposit forfeited 25–48 hours before: 30% of total cost retained; remainder refunded Rescheduling: ≥ 48 hours notice required Gift Cards Non-refundable but transferable. Cancellations or rescheduling require ≥ 24 hours’ notice; cards become invalid if cancelled later. Valid for 6 months from purchase. Payments Balance due in cash on event day or via wire transfer/Wise by the day before. Specify your preferred method in advance. Package prices include listed amenities; extra services may incur additional fees. Dietary Restrictions Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs ahead of time so we can accommodate you safely. Weather & Rescheduling We’ll monitor conditions and notify you of any potential issues. You may choose to reschedule at no extra cost. Once setup is complete, no weather-related refunds will be issued. Equipment & Property A refundable $30 security deposit covers our equipment. Return all items in their original condition or repair/replacement costs will be deducted. If you leave early, please let us know so equipment isn’t left unattended. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Your booking ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival. No-shows (no contact within 30 minutes of your slot) are canceled without refund. Running late? Notify us, and we’ll hold your setup as long as we’re informed. Please note: Photos taken during your picnic may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
